Our fees are all-included, with no extra cost in our network.
Our all-inclusive fees include:
- Transportation, meals and overtime
- Preparation of your inspection / audit: organization with the supplier & factory, establishment of your general protocols & specific product protocols
- Report and certificates issuance
- Online posting and archiving
Additional OPTIONS:
- Option "Western Inspector" 100 €
This option depends on the inspector(s) availability.
Outside of the Guangdong province, travel expenses will apply, based on the real expenses (receipts provided). - Collection of samples in your factory. It could be mass production, defective or simply correct samples. This option is free of charge.
- Defect sorting option. We will make sure that all defective items inspected will be sorted out and we will ask the factory to either rework or replace these products.

- More than 20% discount on our regular fees
Invoicing:
- For regular clients: all our services are invoiced on a monthly basis, at the end of the month, and are payable upon receipt of invoice.
- If you are a new client, payment is required prior to service.
