Our "man-day" rate in China is 188 € all-inclusive, there are no hidden costs or extra expenses.
One "man-day" means one inspector, one day of inspection.
Please note that most of inspections are performed within 1 man-day and thus only cost Euros 188 all in. The number of man-days needed depend on the inspected sampling size (determined by your ordered quantity), the number of reference(s) and the complexity of your product(s).

Our all-inclusive fees include:
- Approved samples handling.
- Preparation (protocol, checklist) and coordination of your inspection / audit / production monitoring.
- Transportation, meals and normal overtime (not night overtime) for our Chinese inspector(s).
- Inspection Report and Inspection certificate issuance.
- Online posting and archiving of your quality control and quality assurance reports.
Additional Options:
- Collection of samples: Free of charge (during an inspection).
Our inspectors can pick up your samples and send it to you. It could be mass production samples, defective samples etc. - Defect sorting option: Free of charge.
All defective items inspected will be sorted outand we will ask the factory to either rework or replace these products. - Additional inspection report: € 20 / Free for VIP clients.
You might need different inspection reports to be established withinthe same man-day, especially if your order has multiple references. - Night overtime: € 100.
When inspector remains at the factory after 7PM to supervise a shipment or to implement the necessary corrective actions. - Outside China quality inspections & factory audits: the price depends on the location, but services in greater Asia usually costs an additional €100 all-in per service (no matter the number of man-days); for some locations travel expenses will be charged.
Invoicing:
- For regular clients: all our services are invoiced on a monthly basis, at the end of the month, and are payable upon receipt of invoice by TT (in Euros € or US$ or HK$) to our Hong Kong bank account.
- For new clients, payment is required prior to the performance of the requested service(s).
If you prefer to be invoiced in USD or HKD or another currency, it is possible; simply let us know !
We can even set up your account directly in your chosen currency.
