Do you offer sourcing services?
We do not offer sourcing services since "product/supplier sourcing" is a "Conflict-of-Interest". China Quality Focus assures you that your factory/supplier information will be held strictly confidential and not be sold in a supplier database or otherwise made available to any third party.

What information does your inspection report include?
Our reports are very detailed, illustrated with pictures and cover:
- Product appearance (AQL), Workmanship quality
- Size measurements, labeling & logos, packaging, packing, accessories, shipping marks etc.
- Tests and special checks
- important remarks for you and the factory
How long to obtain the inspection results?
The inspection results are sent within the same-day of the inspection, usually before midnight China time, which means usually before 6PM Paris time.
Who approve or reject the shipment?
We inspect the shipment according to AQL international standards and according to your supplied specifications and criteria. Then, our results are given to you though a fully detailed and illustrated report, which allows you to decide whether to allow the shipment of your product. You can accept or reject your shipment directly online.
Which areas do you cover?
We focus on:
- The Guangdong province
- The Zhejiang province: Hangzhou, Ningbo & Shangai
What if my factory is in another area / province?
You should contact us a few days prior to the shipment in order for us to assess the extra travel expenses and to find the best solution for you.
How much does it cost?
Our Man-Day rate is Euros 188.
One inspection usually takes one day, depending on your total quantity, the quantity to inspect and the complexity of your product.
In any case, while booking online, you will get a quotation before to confirm your order.
How can I pay?
You will receive one invoice at the end of the month with all the inspections we performed on your behalf. This invoice is payable upon receipt.
Do you offer any discount?
We offer special packages for clients who are working on a regular basis with us. These packages allow you to get more than 20% of discount.
Security Package for one order = Euros 450
For one given order, we inspect your products at 3 different stages of the production. These 3 inspections: at the beginning, during and at the end of the production will allow us to maximize the security of your order.
10 Man-Days Package = Euros 1500
This package has to be paid up front.
What happens in case of quality issue(s) on delivery?
We are not an insurance company, so we cannot insure your shipment for only 188 Euros per man-day. However, we are liable up to 10 times the price of the inspection. Thus if it is proven that we are the root of the issue, we will pay you back 10 times the price of the inspection. This is our customer satisfaction guarantee.
